–When the chat escalates a complex project it now collects the customer’s details first (the fields you choose: names, e-mail, phone, convenient time) and sends the sales e-mail with the whole conversation only after the customer presses "Request an offer" - once per conversation, no repeated cards, e-mails or promises.
–Fixed: guest chat returned 403 on every request. The cookie holding the guest token was set after output had already started, so it was never stored.
–A guest who runs out of free messages is now offered a choice: sign in, or send the inquiry to your team (it lands in the Support inbox and by e-mail).
–You can now rename a chat directly from the sidebar.
–Compact product cards: availability sits after the price on one line and the image is bigger.
–Bundle quantities: a "x N" pill on the card, and adding to cart posts that quantity.
–When the server retracts streamed text (a provider step failed) the bubble shows a muted "Refining the selection..." instead of going blank.
–56 previously untranslated strings are now translated in all five languages.
