–Security: a daily ceiling per shopper — 60 messages and 10 new chats (store admins are not limited).
–"Talk to a human" can no longer be repeated while the chat is already live; at most once a minute and 10 times a day per shopper.
–Cache prewarm only for the shopper's own conversation, at most 12 times an hour.
–The guest inquiry form ("send your inquiry to our team") opens only after the free guest messages are really used; at most 3 inquiries a day per address; guest messages and chats have a per-address ceiling.
