Each AI reply consumes a credit. The free tier includes a trial credit pack, granted per store and not renewed. Top-up packs can be purchased at any time and do not expire. Pro adds a monthly renewing credit allowance on top of any packs you hold.

Yes. With Pro you get the dedicated agent console. When a shopper needs a person, your team can view the full AI conversation history and step in live.
Does it need complex API setup or external keys?
No. The assistant runs on Rotozoom’s servers, which route each reply through several AI models — there are no keys to enter and no models to pick or configure. Your WooCommerce catalog is indexed once you switch indexing on in the plugin.
Is there a limit to how many products it indexes?
The free tier indexes a capped catalog; Pro removes the cap entirely.
