Are waybills created automatically?
No. Shop staff create each waybill from the order screen, where it can also be previewed, printed or cancelled. Tracking is then written back to the order every 15 minutes, with one request per parcel.
When are invoices issued?
When the money arrives. Invoices, proformas and credit notes are PDFs with continuous numbering and a payment QR code. The invoice details also appear in the order emails, on the thank-you page and in My Account.
How does cash on delivery work?
Through the shop's money-transfer agreement with the courier, and the Bulgarian legal cash limit is respected. Sell & Ship can also withhold cash on delivery from customers with a bad delivery record.
How is a company's EIK checked?
Every company ID (EIK) gets a checksum check. The Trade Register and VIES lookups are opt-in external services and stay off until the shop switches them on.
What does Pro add?
A language and currency switcher, where other currencies are shown for reference only and orders are charged in the store currency. Pro also allows more than one external reputation source at the same time. Everything else on this page is in the free version.
