Rotozoom Plugins — Terms of Service

Version 2026-10 (effective on publication)

These Terms govern your use of the cloud-powered features of the Rotozoom family of plugins (the "Service"), operated by LEDLIGHTINGS EOOD (LEDLIGHTINGS LTD.) ("Rotozoom", "we", "us"), str. Stefan Stambolov 1, Zlatograd, Bulgaria, VAT No. BG204173724. You (the site owner) accept these Terms and our Data Processing Agreement (/dpa) when you create your Rotozoom account and at each checkout (see §2a); by installing a Plugin and using its cloud features you also agree to them. Each Plugin's local features (stored entirely on your own site) are provided under the plugin's open-source licence (GPLv2 or later) and are not subject to these Terms except where they rely on the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides the cloud features of the Rotozoom plugins — AI-generated product recommendations and conversation (Sales Assistant), AI support chat, semantic product search, self-hosted licensing/updates, and a credit/usage accounting system — delivered through the Rotozoom API. Some plugins need the Service to work at all (for example the Sales Assistant, in its free version too); for others the cloud features are optional.

Our servers are in the EU (Ireland). The Service relies on third-party providers, mainly: Supabase (database and server functions, EU), Cloudflare (website and network), Stripe (payments), Google (Gemini AI on Vertex AI, and "Continue with Google" sign-in), OpenRouter (routing to AI models), Together AI (runs the Z.ai GLM model), Anthropic (Claude AI), Voyage AI (search vectors) and Mailjet (e-mail). AI replies are generated by providers in the USA and globally. The full, current list, with locations and transfer safeguards, is in our Privacy Policy /privacy and in Annex 3 of the Data Processing Agreement /dpa.

2. Accounts, plans and credits

  • You may create and access your Rotozoom account with an email and password or a third-party sign-in (Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account; third-party sign-in is additionally subject to that provider's terms. How account and sign-in data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Where a Plugin offers paid features, the Service includes a free tier and one or more paid (PRO) plans and credit packs.
  • One AI reply consumes one credit. For the Sales Assistant:
    • FREE: a one-time trial of 200 credits per site; there is no monthly free allowance.
    • PRO: 500 credits per month. The monthly allowance is renewed for each monthly period of your subscription.
    • Credit packs of 200, 700 and 2,000 credits can be bought at any time; purchased credit packs do not expire.
  • Allowances, prices and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

2a. Acceptance

  • When you create a Rotozoom account, and again at each checkout, you accept these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement (/dpa) by ticking the box (or confirming the notice) next to the button. The Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and governs how we process personal data of your shop's visitors and customers on your behalf.
  • We store on your account which version of the Terms and of the Data Processing Agreement you accepted, and when.
  • If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
  • Accounts that existed when this version was published were notified, and their acceptance of this version was recorded with the version, the date and the basis of acceptance.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • circumvent, forge, replay, or overload the Service's authentication, rate limits, or credit accounting;
  • use automated means to generate requests other than a Plugin's normal operation;
  • submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service to generate such content;
  • resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate any installation that, in our reasonable judgement, abuses the Service or threatens its stability or cost, including by exploiting any publicly visible plugin credentials.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content your visitors submit and for complying with privacy law in your jurisdiction (see our Privacy Policy). Where the Service processes personal data of your shop's visitors or customers, you are the controller and we are your processor under the Data Processing Agreement (/dpa). Mention the feature in your shop's privacy policy.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. The AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROTOZOOM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

The same cap applies to our liability under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA §14). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where mandatory law does not allow it, including the rights of data subjects under Art. 82 GDPR.

8. Refunds

Paid plans and credit packs are governed by the refund terms shown at checkout and by applicable consumer-protection law.

If you object to a new or replaced sub-processor and we cannot find a solution, you may terminate the affected feature (or, if you cannot use the Service without it, these Terms) and receive a pro-rata refund of the fees you prepaid for the period after termination, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA §8).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Zlatograd, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement; the version label at the top shows the current version. We will tell account holders about material changes by e-mail or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply; changes to the list of sub-processors follow the notice periods in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA §8). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance, and your next sign-up or checkout records your acceptance of the new version.
