Rotozoom B2B Manager — User Manual
Turn your WooCommerce store into a wholesale channel. B2B Manager adds a dedicated trade-customer role, custom discounts, prices hidden from guests, and an approval workflow for new wholesale accounts — so you can sell to both the public and the trade from one store.
- Free version: B2B customer role, hidden prices for guests, global discount rules.
- Pro version: per-brand / category / attribute discounts, and an account-approval workflow.
- Pro price: €49 / year per site.
For newcomers: what this plugin does
Many stores sell to two kinds of buyer: ordinary shoppers, and trade or wholesale customers who should see special pricing. B2B Manager lets you treat these groups differently in the same store:
- Wholesale buyers log in and automatically see their discounted prices.
- The general public sees normal retail prices — or, if you prefer, no prices at all until they have a trade account.
- New trade buyers can apply for an account that you approve.
Setup
1. Understand the B2B customer role
WordPress gives every user a role (Customer, Shop Manager, and so on). B2B Manager adds a B2B Customer role. Any user in this role is treated as a wholesale buyer and receives the discounts you configure.
You can assign the role manually (under Users) or let buyers request it through the approval workflow (Pro).
2. Set your discount rules
In the plugin settings you create the pricing rules that apply to B2B customers. Start with a global rule (for example "10% off everything for trade") and refine from there.
3. Decide what guests see
Choose whether prices and the Add to cart button are hidden from logged-out visitors, encouraging trade buyers to sign in or apply for an account.
Feature reference
B2B customer role
A distinct role that marks a user as a wholesale buyer. Discounts and visibility rules key off this role, so a buyer simply logs in and sees the right prices everywhere — shop, product pages and cart.
Discount engine
Discounts are applied while the cart totals are calculated, so the reduced price flows through the product page, cart and checkout consistently.
- Global discount (Free): one percentage or amount applied to all products for B2B customers.
- Per product / category / brand / attribute (Pro): target discounts precisely — for example 15% off one brand, 5% off a category, a fixed trade price on specific products.
Hidden prices for guests
Hide prices and purchase buttons from visitors who are not logged in. This is common in wholesale, where pricing is confidential and reserved for approved accounts. Retail customers (if you also sell retail) can still be allowed to see prices — you control the behaviour.
Account approval workflow (Pro)
Instead of granting trade access manually, let buyers apply:
- A visitor submits a trade-account request (company details, etc.).
- You review it in the admin.
- On approval, the user is moved into the B2B Customer role and gains trade pricing automatically.
This keeps wholesale pricing gated behind real, vetted businesses.

Advanced notes
- Where discounts apply: pricing is adjusted during cart calculation (the standard, safe WooCommerce extension point), so totals, taxes and order records all reflect the trade price.
- Stacking and precedence: when several rules could apply to one product, the most specific rule (product > attribute/brand > category > global) takes effect — design your rules with that hierarchy in mind.
- Combining with Woo Conditions: pair with Woo Conditions to also change payment and shipping options for trade customers (for example, offer "pay on account" only to the B2B role).
Troubleshooting
- Discounts not applying — confirm the buyer's user really has the B2B Customer role, and that at least one rule exists and is enabled.
- A buyer sees retail not trade pricing — they may be logged out, or in the wrong role; check Users.
- Guests still see prices — enable the hide prices for guests option in settings.
