How Rotozoom plugins work together
Each Rotozoom plugin is built to do its own job perfectly on its own. But when you run several of them in the same WooCommerce store, they quietly connect to each other and save you a lot of double work — one plugin hands off to another instead of asking you to re-enter the same information twice.
This guide explains, in plain language, what happens when you combine them: what improves automatically, and what still works if you only have one installed.
The short version
- Rotozoom Sell & Ship is the hub. It handles couriers (Econt, Speedy, BoxNow), the checkout delivery picker, shipping-label / waybill (AWB) creation, and all of your paperwork — invoices, proforma invoices, credit notes and the fiscal export for the tax authorities.
- Rotozoom Warranty plugs its warranty certificate into Sell & Ship's order paperwork, prints the real invoice number on it, and lets a refund flow straight through to a proper credit note.
- Rotozoom Dropshipping uses Sell & Ship's courier connections to create a separate shipping label for each supplier, so a multi-supplier order is dispatched correctly.
- Everything is optional. Any plugin used on its own still does its full job. The extra convenience simply appears when a second Rotozoom plugin is present.
Think of Sell & Ship as the central desk where shipping and documents live. The other plugins walk up to that desk when it exists — and carry on independently when it doesn't.
Sell & Ship — the hub
Rotozoom Sell & Ship is the plugin the others lean on, because it already owns the two things every order needs: how it ships and its paperwork.
- Shipping & couriers — live rates and label creation for Econt, Speedy and BoxNow, plus a friendly delivery-point picker at checkout.
- Documents — it issues invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes, keeps them numbered correctly, and can produce the fiscal export required by the tax authorities🇧🇬 BG.
- Order documents panel — on every order, Sell & Ship shows a "Documents" area in the admin. This is the shared shelf: other Rotozoom plugins can place their own documents right next to the invoice, so your whole team looks in one place.
You do not have to configure any of this "for" the other plugins. Set up Sell & Ship once, and the connections below light up on their own.
Sell & Ship + Warranty
If you sell products with a guarantee and also handle your own shipping and invoicing, these two are a natural pair.
- The warranty certificate joins the order paperwork. Instead of living in a separate corner, the warranty card appears in Sell & Ship's order documents panel — right beside the invoice and shipping label — so issuing it is part of your normal order routine.
- The real invoice number is printed on the certificate. Warranty reads the invoice number that Sell & Ship assigned to the order and prints it on the warranty card. The customer's guarantee then references the exact sale it belongs to — no manual copying, no mismatched numbers.
- A refund becomes a proper credit note. When you approve a return or refund in Warranty's RMA workflow, it creates a genuine WooCommerce refund. Sell & Ship notices that refund and issues the matching credit note automatically, so your accounts stay correct without a second step.
On their own: Warranty still registers guarantees and prints branded PDF certificates without Sell & Ship — it simply won't show the invoice number or auto-trigger a credit note, because those pieces of information belong to Sell & Ship.
Sell & Ship + Dropshipping
When an order contains products from more than one supplier, each supplier needs their own shipment — and Dropshipping handles that by borrowing Sell & Ship's courier connections.
- One shipping label per supplier. Dropshipping splits the order by supplier and asks Sell & Ship's courier integrations (Econt, Speedy) to create a separate waybill for each one. Every supplier gets a correct label for exactly the items they need to send.
- No duplicate courier setup. Because the couriers are already configured in Sell & Ship, Dropshipping reuses those settings and credentials rather than making you enter them again.
- Coming soon — coordinated invoicing. A planned enhancement will let Dropshipping hold back the proforma or invoice until suppliers confirm stock, then trigger Sell & Ship's documents (and the right customer/supplier emails) at the correct moment — so customers are never invoiced for items a supplier can't actually deliver. This is on the roadmap and not yet available.
On their own: Dropshipping still routes orders to suppliers and manages supplier accounts without Sell & Ship; it just can't generate courier waybills, since those come from Sell & Ship. Sell & Ship, without Dropshipping, simply treats every order as a single shipment.
All three together
Run Sell & Ship, Warranty and Dropshipping side by side and a multi-supplier, guaranteed-product order flows end to end with almost no manual admin:
- The order comes in and Sell & Ship prepares its invoice and delivery.
- Dropshipping splits it by supplier and creates a courier waybill for each, using Sell & Ship's couriers.
- Warranty issues the certificate into the same order documents panel, stamped with the invoice number.
- If a return happens later, Warranty's refund flows through Sell & Ship as a credit note.
Everything lands in one place — the order screen — instead of being scattered across separate tools.

Licensing is shared
All three plugins connect their Pro licence through Rotozoom Connect, the free utilities plugin that links your store to your Rotozoom account. Install Connect once and every Rotozoom plugin picks up its licence from it — you don't sign in separately for each one. See Installing and updating plugins for how to connect a licence.
The rule to remember
Every Rotozoom plugin is complete on its own. It never waits for another plugin to do its core job. When a companion plugin is installed, it politely hands off the overlapping part — shipping, documents, or the warranty card — so you configure each thing once and it shows up everywhere it's needed.
