Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.5.0
- Security fix: a document that arrives by e-mail is linked to a supplier's orders only when the receiving server verified the sender and the address is one of that supplier's own (order address, copies, "Invoices arrive from"). Before, a VAT number or an order reference printed on a PDF was enough to link it automatically.
- Fix: the supplier's invoice upload page now sends the file from every browser (in 1.4.2 the form could not carry the file).
- Each dropship reference (DS-…) now keeps its lines: what was asked, what the supplier confirmed and its price at the request. Refunds and cut lines are followed.
- The supplier's invoice is checked automatically against what was expected — the amount (without VAT) and the company it is addressed to — already from the read document, and again when you apply it. One e-mail tells the shop when something does not match.
- "Write to the supplier" on the invoice: the reason, your company details and the upload link go to the supplier's order address with the copies.
- Credit notes due: when units are refunded or cut after the supplier invoiced them, the supplier is asked for a credit note once, and the shop is told if none comes. A credit note the supplier sends links itself.
- New screen "Dropship invoices": a monthly statement per supplier — every order delivered in the month, expected vs invoiced, the missing ones — with "Send this statement to the supplier". The monthly reminder carries it.
- Sources: the result of "Get my invoice address" is always shown; the supplier's upload links stay valid 90 days after renewal; per-link limits count every request.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.4.2
- Supplier invoices: every order request tells the supplier whom to invoice (your company details), which reference to quote, when (each order once delivered, or monthly by a day you set per supplier) and where to send it — with a link to upload the invoice (PDF, DOCX, XLSX or photo). An uploaded invoice is read, filed under that supplier and linked to every reference it quotes; you get an e-mail to review it.
- A missing supplier invoice is followed up: one reminder to the supplier, then one e-mail to you; the dashboard lists the orders still without one. Only orders requested after the update are followed up.
- With the PRO invoice address: the order e-mail’s Reply-To is your own address and the invoice address, so a question reaches a person and a reply with the invoice attached is read and linked to its order automatically. Optional “We received your invoice” e-mail to the supplier (off by default).
- “Copy of the order e-mails to” per supplier (Cc on requests, reminders, waybills, purchase orders) and a daily cut-off: orders after it, or on a weekend or Bulgarian public holiday, count from the next working day.
- Econt: the courier is booked per parcel when the supplier presses “Parcel ready” (as for Speedy). A daily e-mail lists every refund recorded but not yet sent back.
- Fix: on WooCommerce 8.x a refund sent through the payment provider now keeps WooCommerce’s “refunded through the gateway” mark.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.4.1
- A substitute on a paid order keeps the paid total: a cheaper substitute’s price difference is refunded on its own order line; a dearer one is capped at what was paid, or the shop collects the rest (“Still to collect” on the order, with a “Collected” button).
- Every refund is recorded first; in automatic mode it is then sent through the payment provider — if the provider refuses, it stays recorded and owed in the red box with the provider’s message. The customer’s “refunded” e-mail goes out only once the money has actually moved.
- The red box counts what is owed per refund, says “WooCommerce shows this order as refunded” only on a Refunded order, and “I have sent the money back” confirms every owed refund.
- “Awaiting delivery” (a status added by a shipping plugin): a substitute can be offered there; every answer that returns money reads whether the order was paid from its payment date.
- Includes the 1.3.5 fixes (a paid order put On hold still counts as paid; refunded and cut units go back to stock).

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.4.0
- Offer the customer a substitute product: a two-column e-mail with both products and the difference, and a page on the shop where the customer accepts, continues without the product or cancels. The order, the money and the stock follow the answer; the invoice is re-issued through the invoicing plugin when it supports it.
- The supplier whose product was replaced is told not to ship it, and an order put on hold by an “out of stock” answer continues once the customer accepts.
- Brand rules work with every brand taxonomy of the shop, including a product attribute named “brand” (pa_brand).

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.3.5
- A paid order is never cancelled or shortened as if it were unpaid: the payment date decides (a paid bank transfer or card order later put On hold still counts as paid), so its money is refunded instead of the order being cancelled without it.
- A refunded paid order gives its units back to stock (declining a partial order, the reminders’ deadline, no supplier); "take the rest" returns only the units that will not ship.
- "Take the rest" on an unpaid order (bank transfer waiting, cash on delivery) gives the units that will not ship back to stock.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.3.3
- More robust loading next to other Rotozoom plugins: activating or updating another Rotozoom plugin can no longer take the site down with a "Cannot declare class" error.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.3.2
- No limit on suppliers in the free version: add as many supplier accounts as you work with; every supplier's documents, payments and purchase orders are available. PRO covers the services that run at Rotozoom (your invoice address, price lists read at Rotozoom, the accountant copy, mail through Rotozoom) and the extended Sheets.
- Purchase orders, payment advice, "Payment sent" and the other e-mails an administrator sends to a supplier are written in the shop's language, whatever language the administrator's own profile uses.
- Shared Rotozoom admin components updated (more robust loading next to other Rotozoom plugins).

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.3.1
- Supplier documents in one list: invoices, credit notes and delivery notes. Upload a PDF, Word or Excel file and it is read on your own site (number, dates, lines, totals); you confirm what was read before anything is saved.
- Stock moves only when you press "Receive", line by line: a line not yet matched to a product waits, the others go in; a credit note takes the goods back out.
- Payments: one bank payment can settle several invoices, the bank account on an invoice is checked against the supplier's known accounts, and every e-mail to a supplier is logged.
- Purchase orders with your own numbering, matched to the invoice when it arrives; a monthly archive (documents + payments + index) for your accountant.
- Sheets: edit products, variations and attributes in a spreadsheet grid, with undo for every change. Supplier price lists (CSV, XML, XLSX): stock applied at once, new prices wait for your review, with undo.
- A supplier can have several pickup addresses (warehouses), each with its own people; the waybill and the courier request use the warehouse that holds the goods.
- Full translations: Bulgarian, Czech, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian; e-mails follow the shop's language.
- The customer's "partial availability" e-mail lists every product that ships (including "1 of 3"), and its reminder says exactly what happens if the customer does not answer.
- Files from outside are read safely: an oversized or malformed PDF, Word, Excel or CSV file is refused with a clear message instead of slowing the site down.
- AI reading of pictures and scans appears only when Rotozoom's AI service is available to the site; until then the document is filled in by hand.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.2.5
- Security: the customer's "partial order" links (confirm / decline) stop working as soon as the shop cancels, refunds, fails or completes the order — a link from an older e-mail can no longer change a closed order.
- Security: the hourly background check of waiting dropship orders is started only by a shop manager's own admin page view, not by logged-out requests.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.2.4
- Purchases: the invoice total is now calculated from the lines. Every line shows its own amount, the lines add up underneath, and the total updates as you type.
- If the document says a different total, tick "The document says a different total" and record it — the screen then shows the document figure, the line figure and the difference, instead of hiding one of them. Invoices you recorded before this update keep exactly the total you typed.
- The invoice list and the invoice screen now use one and the same check, so an invoice marked "≠" in the list really is one the invoice screen disagrees with. A normal invoice — net lines, VAT added, the gross total on the paper — is no longer flagged.
- New setting "Amounts on this invoice": say whether the prices you are entering are without VAT (net) or including VAT, and record the VAT rate. Per supplier as a default (supplier → Company) and per invoice, frozen with the invoice.
- When an invoice does not record enough to know what is due — net amounts with no VAT rate, or amounts entered before this update — the screen says so instead of showing the net figure as if it were the amount to pay. Such invoices are listed with a "VAT?" mark and counted separately next to "Outstanding". Record the VAT rate (or 0) and the amount appears.
- Invoices recorded before this update keep both of their amounts exactly as they are. Nothing is derived from them until you say whether they include VAT — previously the first save replaced the recorded net amount with the gross one, and that figure went out in the e-mail to the supplier and the accountant.
- The purchase cost stored on the product is now always the net figure, so two suppliers can be compared whichever way their invoices are written.
- New line type "Charge" for delivery, discounts and deposits: it counts towards the invoice total and never towards stock, and it no longer blocks receiving the invoice.
- A damaged PDF is refused when you upload it, instead of being stored and then failing to open in the browser.
- Every page of the module now carries the same tab bar — Dashboard, Suppliers, Purchases, Multi-Supplier, Categories and brands, Settings — so no page is a dead end any more.
- The Rotozoom menu now stays open on the WSD entry whichever page of the module you are on, and the menu item reads "WSD".
- The "payment sent" e-mail now shows the sum under the invoice lines, with new {{total_net}}, {{vat_amount}} and {{vat_rate}} variables; when the amount due is not known it says "1,000.00 EUR net" rather than a bare number.
- All new texts are translated into German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
- A quantity written the Bulgarian way was read as money: a line reading "24,000 / 12,50 / 300,00" means twenty-four pieces, but importing it and pressing Receive put 24 000 on the shelf — the amounts stayed correct, only the warehouse was wrong. A line is now read as a whole: a reading only counts when every figure on it agrees about what the comma and the dot mean, and where the line still cannot answer for itself the printed string is shown with both readings offered and receiving is refused until someone answers. (Also present in the released 1.2.3.)
- The same misreading in the price column: "12,500" is twelve fifty on a Bulgarian invoice and was recorded as 12 500 — in the purchase-cost history, in "Last purchase cost" on the product, and in an invoice total of 360,000.00 instead of 300.00, with nothing asked because the quantity beside it was clear. Amounts are now settled against the rest of the line, then against the way the rest of the file writes its numbers, and — when you are typing into the invoice form — in the format this shop prints prices in; where nothing can say which reading it is, the import names the amounts it had to guess at.
- A column headed "Amount" was treated as a quantity, so a file with an Amount column and no Qty column put 300.00 EUR on the shelf as 300 pieces. Amount is a money column now, a file with no quantity column is refused with a message, and a QuickBooks header (item, description, qty, rate, amount) maps rate to the unit price and amount to the line total.
- An invoice marked "≠" can no longer be received. Stock comes from the lines, so if the total you recorded from the paper and the lines do not agree, receiving is refused — naming both figures — until you correct the total, record the missing line, or untick "The document says a different total".
- Rows the importer could not use are counted for you: a file of four lines, three of them unreadable, used to report "1 line imported" and say nothing about the rest.
- The "payment sent" e-mail no longer states a VAT breakdown for an invoice that disagrees with its own lines — on a document carrying two VAT rates it stated a VAT figure the invoice never produced. It now states the bottom line and says, with both figures, that the two do not reconcile.
- The invoice screen said "no VAT rate recorded" on a new invoice with no lines yet, even when a rate was recorded.
- The net amount is withdrawn when it stops being derivable: remove the VAT rate from a VAT-inclusive invoice and the old net no longer stays behind in the database, in the "payment sent" e-mail to the supplier and the accountant, or in the "amount due unknown (net …)" card — which now adds up the invoices' own lines.
- Unticking "The document says a different total" no longer deletes the amount you recorded. On an invoice whose lines cannot say what is due the figure is kept and the screen says why; emptying the amount box is what removes it. Where the lines can produce a figure, the screen names both the one that went and the one that arrived.
- The big "Total" on the invoice screen now shows the amount that will be paid — the recorded one when a total was typed by hand — and says which of the two it is; it used to show the figure calculated from the lines while the list, "Outstanding" and the e-mail all showed the other.
- The three amounts in the "payment sent" e-mail now add up, and the invoice screen shows the same breakdown: "Recorded total 600.00 EUR = net 500.00 EUR + VAT 100.00 EUR".
- A currency in which every unpaid invoice has an unknown amount no longer shows a "0.00 · Outstanding" card; it is counted as unknown instead.
- "Last purchase cost (net)" on the product is no longer an older supplier's price standing under today's receive date: a receive that records no cost now shows none.
- Answering the VAT question on an invoice recorded before this update still re-derives its net amount, but no longer in silence — the screen states the figure that went and the figure that arrived.
- Removed from Settings: "Receive automatically", a paid checkbox no line of code ever read.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.1.3
- You choose how a card refund goes back: "manual" (default) or automatic through the gateway. Until now a partial fulfilment recorded a refund without moving any money, while every screen said "Refunded".
- A red block on the order names the amount still owed to the customer and asks who confirmed it was sent. It does not clear itself.
- The waybill now ships the quantity the supplier was actually asked for. With 3 in stock and 5 ordered the supplier was asked for 2 but the waybill was built for 5.
- New shipment manifest: how many parcels an order needs and what travels in each, including - for the first time - the parcel from your own warehouse.
- Two holes closed where an order fell out of the hourly scan entirely, including an order waiting for the customer’s partial-fulfilment decision.
- New "bank payment received, start the order" action for bank-transfer (BACS) orders.
- The plugin’s own admin notices are visible again on Rotozoom screens.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.1.2
- Fixed: the drag-and-drop email builder now actually opens. Its JavaScript library was missing from the plugin package, so on every installation the builder area simply stayed empty — the Default template and Multi-Supplier template editors were unusable.
- No settings change and nothing to redo: open Rotozoom → Dropshipping and the builder is there, with your saved templates intact.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.1.1
- The bundled translations are actually applied now. They shipped inside the plugin but nothing loaded them, so every shop saw English no matter its language setting.
- Fixed a typographic quote in one text domain that made those strings impossible to translate in any language.
- The Rotozoom menu header now shows the real Rotozoom Connect version instead of a hardcoded v1.0.0.
- Note: some admin screens — the invoice-confirmation flow and the supplier reminder email among them — are still English in every language. Their texts are not yet in the translation template; that work is separate.

Rotozoom Warehouse, Suppliers & Dropshipping Version 1.1.0
- Supplier-confirmation workflow: proforma and fiscal invoices are no longer sent to the customer (and the courier label is not created) until your suppliers confirm they have the items in stock.
- Suppliers can now report partial availability from the order email; the customer is asked to confirm the reduced quantity before the order proceeds.
- Automatic follow-up: suppliers receive a reminder after 3 days, and orders left unconfirmed after 6 days are cancelled — prepaid card orders are refunded in full automatically.
- New "Confirm invoice generation" order action so you control when a held fiscal invoice is issued.
- Per-line partial fulfilment with correct fiscal documents: delivered items are invoiced and undelivered items receive a credit note, with VAT recalculated.
- Fiscal-document fixes for bank-transfer and cash-on-delivery orders.
