–New: before an Econt cash-on-delivery waybill is created, the order screen warns when the Econt account has a bank payout agreement that is not selected — otherwise Econt pays the collected money out in cash at a counter, outside the agreement.
–The agreement is chosen once in Sell & Ship → Econt settings, "Where Econt pays your COD money". Shops that migrated from Bulgarisation must re-select it: settings do not carry over, and the payout silently reverted to cash.
–The warning stays silent when an agreement is selected, when the account has none, and once the waybill exists.
