–NEW: the courier's cash on delivery fee is now included in the price shown to the customer at checkout. Previously it appeared only on the waybill and was left for the shop to cover - on a 39 EUR order the difference was 1.21 EUR, and it grows with the order value because the fee is a percentage.
–The price is also recalculated when the customer changes the payment method - no cash on delivery fee is charged for card payments.
