  • Single Imagick session for main + all thumbnails (eliminates repeated readImage calls)
  • Box filter (scaleImage) replaces Lanczos for thumbnail pre-resize — 22% faster
  • Main AVIF file reuse when thumbnail dimensions match full-res output
  • Fixed: same-dimension thumbnails with different crop modes no longer share files incorrectly
