- Security hardening: the [rotozoom_conditions_notice] shortcode now escapes its output, so markup added through the rzwc_notice_html filter cannot inject scripts.
- The WordPress.org version loads its translations from translate.wordpress.org; the self-hosted version keeps its bundled translations.
