Rotozoom B2B Manager Version 1.3.0

Released Feature

  • New e-mails where the plugin used to stay silent: the applicant hears when a registration is rejected; the partner hears when a sale to his customer is accepted and when a payout or a commission statement is approved, rejected, issued or cancelled; the shop hears about payout requests and partner invoices received, and the WooCommerce "New order" e-mail now carries a B2B block (partner, mode, end customer).
  • "Needs your attention" in wp-admin: a count bubble on the B2B Manager menu entry, a summary notice on the WordPress dashboard and counters on the Pending, Change requests, Credits and Statements tabs.
  • New credit model (PRO): per partner you switch on the "Commission program" and/or the "Credits program". Credits are earned on what the buyer pays for the goods (VAT included, shipping excluded), 1 credit per unit of your currency, and each partner has his own "Value of one credit". Credits are earned only after you set that value; balances from earlier versions keep their value and stay usable. Credits are no longer paid out to a bank account: the partner moves them to commission, which is paid with the next commission statement.
  • Checkout choices for partners renamed and simplified: "Buy for myself", "Ship to my customer" (dropshipping, invoice to the partner) and "Sell to my customer" (invoice to the end customer). Discount rules can now target "All orders", B2B purchases only or dropshipping only (PRO).
  • Sale prices: a partner never pays more than an ordinary shopper. When a product's sale price is lower than the partner's B2B price, the sale price applies, and in "Sell to my customer" the end customer pays the sale price too.
  • The business registration form now asks for the billing address with the fields your country requires; a partner without an approved billing address is stopped at checkout with a link to request it, and the admin sees a warning on the partner.
  • When a PRO licence lapses, only the store-wide discount keeps applying; brand, category, attribute and order-type rules are kept and apply again after renewal, and the admin screens show which rules are paused.
  • Optional connection to the Rotozoom B2B service (PRO, off until you press "Start the B2B service"): a copy of the partner ledger, an automatic company-ID check against the Bulgarian Commercial Register when you approve a Bulgarian partner, and centrally calculated price tables. If the service is unreachable the plugin keeps working on its own.
  • Modern admin screens in the look of the other Rotozoom plugins, with "Switch to the classic design" to go back; brand discounts work again on stores where WooCommerce adds an empty "Brands" list next to the theme's own; no more PHP warning on admin pages from the B2B payment methods.
  • Complete translations in 9 languages: Bulgarian, Czech, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish.
